Man is the UK screwed up! Sure, the give us Doctor Who and Aston Martins (now actually half-owned by Kuwatis), but banning hoodies ?!?! What the hey?!?

I don't remember if it was the UK or the US who had those malls with the high-pitched noises that drove teens mad but adults couldn't hear them, but that was pretty nuts too.
