I'm Baaaack

Yeah, like the title says, I'm back. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. The holidays are crazy for my family, and the last couple of days have been especially nuts. My grandmother and uncle (mom's side) came over for thanksgiving dinner at my house, which meant I had to help mom get ready. Was busy all day Friday (and I saw Casino Royale again that night), and we spent all day yesterday at my cousins' house. Pretty much the entire family on my dad's side was there. We do that for pretty much every holiday. But at least I got to see my little cousins from Tennessee...

So needless to say, I've been too busy to write another chapter for More Than a Job, BUT IT IS COMMING! Eventually... You know, I planned to get both Chapters 7 and 8 up over this long weekend, but it didn't happen. Sorry. I'll get 'em up sooner or later.

Yeah, my poll for what airsoft pistol to get was an utter failure. I got one vote each for the H&K USP, the Sig-Sauer P226, and the Colt .45. So it's a three-way tie. And it's all theoretical anyways; my parents, having run out of excuses as to why I shouldn't buy and airsoft gun, have decreed that I may not own an airsoft gun while living in their house. So I could buy one, but then they'd throw me out. And seeing as how I don't have a job (it's not my fault that no one will hire me!), I must bend to their wishes. For now...

Insomnia really sucks. I went to bed at 10:30 last night, woke up at 8:20-ish this morning, and maybe got all of four hours of sleep in the interim. I for one have never spent so much time in bed and gotten so little rest. Except for that time I had the stomach flu really bad and spent all night barfing. *shudders at the memory* Now that sucked.

So yeah, enough of my complaining.

I'm rambling all over the place, I know. Lack of sleep, you see. I think I'd better go lie down somewhere before I pass out on the keyboard. So, yeah, later, I guess.
